We used firmager for my mum recently and have to say there professionalism is second to none the care they give is fantastic.
No detail is to much for them and they can help with so much like the flowers and even a person to do the service which we used and he did our mum justice.
On the day of the service the staff were fantastic and looked after us aswell as my mum and we couldnt have been anymore great full to all at firmager.

All we can say as a family is thankyou so much.

Thank you so much to Helen, Ashley and the team for helping us give our lovely Mum Joan Reddecliffe a really special send off, even during difficult circumstances trying to deal with a difficult family member determined to try to disrupt our plans and act against Mum's wishes, everything was dealt with very tactfully, professionally and Mum had her wishes carried out in full.

Helen and the team made a very difficult time much easier for us all. From first contact to collection of ashes and belongings they were truly supportive, kind and generous in their attention to every detail. Thank you all.
