Helen, Ashley and the team at Firmager's were truly amazing following the sudden death of close member of my family. Whilst I've had to arrange funerals of my parents, this was particularly difficult. Helen was able to accommodate all our wishes, kept us informed and guided us through the arrangements with much care and professionalism. On the day, Ashley supported us through the funeral and allowed us the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. I would 100% recommend Firmagers.

Helen took great care of us from start to finish she made the whole process a lot easier.
Everything from the one off coffin design to me requesting a 4th limo one hour before the funeral, which to my surprise she made happen. With the help of Firmager I gave my Dad the send off he deserved.
I highly recommend Helen and her team should you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to say good bye to a loved one.

We used firmager for my mum recently and have to say there professionalism is second to none the care they give is fantastic.
No detail is to much for them and they can help with so much like the flowers and even a person to do the service which we used and he did our mum justice.
On the day of the service the staff were fantastic and looked after us aswell as my mum and we couldnt have been anymore great full to all at firmager.

Thank you so much to Helen, Ashley and the team for helping us give our lovely Mum Joan Reddecliffe a really special send off, even during difficult circumstances trying to deal with a difficult family member determined to try to disrupt our plans and act against Mum's wishes, everything was dealt with very tactfully, professionally and Mum had her wishes carried out in full.
